Lucy's owner is La Velle Klobes, who has owned and run her own interior design business for fourteen years. Prior to that she worked for many of the designers in Park City since 1980.

The inspiration for the shop "Lucy Has Everything" came two years ago immediately on the heels of Lucy the Maltese taking up residence in La Velle's home and in her heart.

Lucy (in front in picture above) has charmed her way around town wearing her "Mom's" designs of high fashion in clothing, jewelry, collars and leashes. La Velle has taken these designs and created a special line of exclusive dog wear for Lucy and her sister Ethel, the long-haired Chihuahua (with Lucy above), as well as her friends and their discriminating canines of Park City.

For many years La Velle wanted to open a retail store using her interior design business as the focus. When Lucy entered her life, she had a new muse and began making plans for Lucy to have a "Chic Bow Wow Tique" instead.
